Cytognosis Documentation¶
Cytognosis Foundation builds biomedical AI infrastructure that is open, rigorous, and built for people — from scientists running multi-omics pipelines to clinicians making decisions at the point of care.
This site documents the tools, standards, and frameworks we use and publish. Whether you are integrating the cytoskills toolchain, reading the Cytoplex protocol specification, or learning the Cytoverse platform, start here.
What you will find¶
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Tutorials | Hands-on, end-to-end walkthroughs of the Cytognosis toolchain |
| How-to Guides | Practical recipes for specific tasks |
| Reference | API docs, quick references, and coding standards |
| Explanation | Architectural decisions, design rationale, and background |
Key projects¶
Cytoskills — an AI skill and package ecosystem for the Cytognosis agent toolchain. Includes the @cytognosis/cyto-skills core library, CLI, and deploy packages, plus a library of branded skills for design, documentation, development, and orchestration.
Cytoverse — the integrated data and tooling platform: asset management, environments, containers, and services, unified across the Cytognosis monorepo.
Cytoplex (Cytonome) — the Cytognosis Annotation Protocol (CAP), a federated standard for structured biomedical evidence linking claims, evidence, and provenance.
